近期市场上出现部分主体未经授权，擅自使用NATUS / 纳图商标开展经营、误导公众的情况。为规范市场秩序，保障品牌合法权益与广大客户的正当利益，纳图电气集团股份有限公司现就德国 NATUS（纳图）商标在中华人民共和国境内的授权使用事宜，郑重发布如下声明：

一、境内唯一合法使用主体

纳图电气集团股份有限公司及下属控股子公司，系德国NATUS 商标、纳图商标在中华人民共和国境内的唯一合法授权使用主体。截至本声明出具之日，合法使用主体范围为：

· 纳图电气集团股份有限公司

· 纳图方为（江苏）电力技术有限公司

· 智图智芯（江苏）电气技术有限公司

· 纳图电气（广东）有限公司

· 纳图（北京）电气有限公司

除上述名单列明的主体外，中华人民共和国境内无其他任何NATUS / 纳图商标官方授权使用主体。

二、商标使用规范与市场提示

任何未获得德国纳图及我司正式授权的企业、商户、网店、自媒体账号，均不得将NATUS 商标、纳图商标用于产品、包装、说明书、广告宣传、门店门头、电商详情页等任何商业场景。

凡以“NATUS / 纳图总代”“NATUS / 纳图官方”“德国 NATUS / 纳图授权” 等名义进行宣传，但不在本声明合法主体名单内的机构，均属于非合法授权的虚假宣传。

请广大合作伙伴与消费者注意甄别授权资质，通过官方正规渠道选购产品，避免自身权益受损。

对冒用、仿冒NATUS / 纳图商标，或将其用作企业字号、店铺名称误导公众的行为，我司持零容忍态度。我司将视侵权情节轻重，依法采取平台投诉、行政举报、民事索赔、向司法机关报案等合法途径，追究侵权方相应法律责任。

To all partners, consumers and industry peers:We have noticed that some entities are using the trademarks "NATUS" and "纳图" without proper authorization to carry out business activities, which may mislead the public.

To standardize market order, protect the brand’s legitimate rights and interests, and safeguard the lawful interests of our customers, NATUS Electric Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") hereby issues this formal statement regarding the authorized use of the "NATUS" and "纳图" trademarks owned by NATUS Germany within the Chinese mainland:

I. Legally Authorized Exclusive Entities within Chinese Mainland

The Company and its majority-owned subsidiaries are the only entities legally authorized to use the trademarks "NATUS" and "纳图" in Chinese mainland. As of the release date of this statement, the list of authorized entities is set out below:

· NATUS Electric Group Co., Ltd.

· NATUS Fangwei (Jiangsu) Power Technology Co., Ltd.

· Zhitu Zhixin (Jiangsu) Electrical Technology Co., Ltd.

· NATUS Electric (Guangdong) Co., Ltd.

· NATUS (Beijing) Electric Co., Ltd.

No other entity within the mainland of China, other than those listed above, is an officially authorized user of the NATUS trademarks.

II. Trademark Usage Guidelines & Friendly Market Reminder

All enterprises, merchants, online stores and self-media accounts that have not obtained formal authorization from NATUS Germany or the Company shall refrain from using the trademarks "NATUS" and "纳图" in any commercial scenarios, including but not limited to products, packaging, user manuals, promotional materials, store signage and e-commerce product pages.

Any entity that markets itself with descriptions such as "Authorized General Distributor of NATUS / 纳图", "Official NATUS / 纳图", "Authorized by German NATUS / 纳图" without being included in the above authorized list may mislead consumers and involve non-compliant trademark use.

We remind all partners and consumers to verify trademark authorization qualifications carefully and purchase goods through official and legitimate channels to prevent damage to your legitimate rights and interests.

The Company will firmly safeguard its trademark rights in accordance with relevant laws and regulations against unauthorized use, counterfeiting, imitation of the "NATUS" and "纳图" trademarks, or improper use of such trademarks in enterprise names and store titles to mislead the public. Subject to the nature and severity of each infringement incident, the Company reserves the right to take corresponding legal measures permitted by applicable laws, including platform complaint for content removal, reporting to competent administrative authorities, filing civil claims for damages, and reporting suspected criminal acts to judicial organs to hold relevant parties accountable by law.
